  • Why do people have fewer children in today's world?
  • Is declining fertility from female empowerment a victory for liberty or a danger to society?
  • Many societies now have total fertility rates far below the replacement level (South Korea, etc.) Does a society that shrinks itself still have a future, or is it committing slow-motion suicide?
  • Can a nation with a median age over 50 still renew itself, or does extreme aging ensure stagnation?
  • Is it ethical to encourage people to have children, or should they be left to decide entirely on their own?
  • Who should pay for the benefits provided to parents and children?
  • Is mass immigration the only realistic solution to population decline in developed nations?
