W sobotę, 19 lipca, w Królestwie odbędzie się kolejne spotkanie Practical Philosophy Clubu. Tym razem dyskutowany temat to "kontrowersyjne opinie". Spotkanie rozpocznie się o godzinie 16:30, a dyskusja będzie prowadzona w języku angielskim. Wstęp, jak zawsze, wolny.

On Saturday, July 19 the next meeting of the Practical Philosophy Club will again take place at the Kingdom (Biskupia St. 18/1). This time, we the topic is "controversial opinions". The meeting will start at 4:30 p.m., and the discussion will be held in English. Admission, as always, is free.

• What actually makes an opinion controversial? Is it what is said, who says it, or how much it goes against mainstream thinking?
• Should all opinions be allowed, or are there limits? Where do you draw the line?
• Is it more important to speak your mind, or to be considerate of how your opinion affects others?
• What’s a controversial opinion you hold—or used to hold?
• Can expressing a controversial opinion be a sign of bravery?
• Do controversial opinions help spark meaningful conversation, or do they make things worse?
• Have you ever changed your mind about a controversial opinion? What caused that shift?
• Should we try to talk about controversial topics calmly, or is the emotional intensity part of what gives them power?
• Do some people share controversial views just to stir things up or get attention? Why do you think that happens?
