WYDARZENIE. Libański wieczór

We wtorek, 25 listopada, z inicjatywy Domu Wschodniego odbędzie się w Królestwie polsko-libański wieczór. Skąd taki pomysł? Po pierwsze, Dom Wschodni realizujem w Libanie projekty takie jak Ogrody Libanu, Powrót do domu, Solidarni z Nabatieh. Będzie to dobra okazja by o nich posłuchać. Po drugie, listopad jest miesiącem, w którym obchodzimy dzień niepodległości zarówno w Polsce jak i w Libanie. Dla wielu Polaków, Kraj Cedrów stał się po II wojnie światowej drugim domem - chcemy upamiętnić te fragmenty naszej wspólnej historii. Po trzecie, wspólne jedzenie jest zawsze świetną okazją by się spotkać, poznać i spędzić dobrze czas. W programie: lokalne przysmaki, quiz, muzyka i cedrowe opowieści. Rozpoczęcie o godzinie 19:00.

On Tuesday, November 25, the Domus Orientalis Association will host a Polish-Lebanese evening. Where did this idea come from? First of all, Dom Wschodni implements projects in Lebanon such as Gardens of Lebanon, Return Home, and Solidarity with Nabatieh. This will be a good opportunity to hear about them. Secondly, November is the month in which we celebrate Independence Day in both Poland and Lebanon. For many Poles, the Land of Cedars became a second home after World War II—we want to commemorate these fragments of our shared history. Thirdly, eating together is always a great opportunity to meet, get to know each other, and have a good time. The program includes local delicacies, a quiz, music, and cedar stories. The event starts at 7:00 p.m.
