#1106 - Northern Blossom Flowers Farm Shots for Saturday.

Moving on to our daily shots, last week Monday before six in the morning when we were pulling into the parking area of Northern Blossom Flower Farm in Atok, Benguet. The air was crisp and cold perfect mountain chill that makes you pull your jacket tighter and breathe a little menthol like deeper.

We came with a small crowd with my wife, our son Joaquin and some relatives who were all eager to see what blooms awaited inside the farm. And from the moment we stepped inside, the farm did not disappoint.

The first thing that caught our eyes were the beds of chrysanthemums. It's deep reds in the soft morning light. Then clusters of pink and orange chrysanthemums nearby also.

Beyond the chrysanthemums, we found the Sweet Williams with pink clusters that look like tiny bouquets. And the hydrangeas! Full round blooms that seemed almost unreal.

Then we reached the greenhouse with rows upon rows of snapdragons standing tall and proud with their delicate stalks trying to reach the roof. The air inside smelled fresh and little warmer than outside and we spent a good while just walking between the rows.

My wife kept pointing at different flowers too. The relatives spread out to different corners of the farm. We wandered for what felt like two hours which was probably just a perfect and slow morning. The mountains formed a backdrop behind. There's more visitors arriving.

Our phones were full of photos and hearts full of that peaceful feeling only mornings in the mountains can bring. It was another beautiful chapter in our Benguet adventures for the nth time.
