The Dubai real estate market displayed robust activity on October 23, 2025, recording 760 total transactions with a combined value of nearly AED 2.49 Billion.

Sales remain the dominant segment, totaling AED 1.66 Billion across 504 transactions. A key characteristic of the day's sales activity was the strong performance of Ready properties, which contributed the majority of the value (AED 1.15 Billion) compared to Off-Plan properties (AED 510.48 Million).
While Units (Flats/Apartments) saw the highest volume of sales (427 transactions), the Land segment generated exceptionally high value, accounting for AED 723.18 Million from just 52 transactions, indicating a few large, high-value deals.
In terms of location, JABEL ALI HILLS was the top-performing area by sales value (AED 170.01 Million), followed closely by JUMEIRAH VILLAGE CIRCLE and PALM JUMEIRAH.
