Monochrome photo for every day my personal photo challenge - 01/03/2024 - Issue - No.114 + a modest competition for everyone who wants to share a monochrome photograph.
Sometimes thoughts come to me about saying goodbye to the city buying a distant farm away from people and the bustle of the city and being happy with our family in the place we choose to live.
For me this is a challenge, but for you, it can be a simple and easy read, or it can become a competition which you can read about below.
But this is not an easy decision to make quickly.
For example one day, driving along a snowy road, I saw a lonely farm in the middle of fields in the distance and decided to photograph it.
Then I remember as now, two thoughts came to me the first thought said that happiness could look like this, and the second thought compared such happiness with a guitar the strings of which very quickly react to changes in temperature and humidity of the surrounding air and they quickly go out of tune and as a result you need to constantly tighten the guitar pegs and keep the strings at the proper tension, lol.
Perhaps in the summer this farm looks like genuine happiness but in the winter when it is impossible to get to this farm and impossible to leave it without the help of a snowplow or a tractor it doesn’t really look like great happiness, lol.

This should be any monochrome photographic work; it does not necessarily have to be black and white, sepia and other variations are welcome, and it can also be monochrome photo collages.
