Ralph Waldo Emerson in Mirror Shades
“Live in the sunshine, swim the sea, drink the wild air.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson was a cyberpunk. An American outcast who professed a philosophy of inner exploration, experimentation, navigation, direction, and control. He championed the American rebellious ideas of intelligent self-reliance, inner transcendent exploration, and thoughtful questioning of authority. He was an influential philosopher whom Nietzsche called "the most gifted of the Americans."
RW Emerson was born in May 25, 1803 and died April 27, 1882.

A legend! Here's one of my favorite quotes by R.W. Emerson: "What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you."
He's a legend indeed! So ahead of his time, and this is a great quote too. Thank you, @kriszrokk!
I love Nietzsche and if I like him then so does Emerson. Inner search and self-knowledge is fundamental!❤️
They're very inspirational thinkers and gave wisdom that transcends time.
Applicable to all times!
The magic of the sea in this photograph.
It's nice and peaceful but very cold.
