FIRE DANGER & SUPERHEROES AMONG US (photography)

Summer time often creates danger of fires. Now in my place the weather is close to 30-32 degrees Celsius, and when the sky is cloudless, the heat is really dangerous.

Yesterday we were observing the fire that happens just in front of our house! We have a lake there, but it's surrounded by grass and reeds, and when they are dry, it's an ideal place for fire...

I didn't see what was the reason - somebody's cigarette, or just a spark or the sun heat, but the fire appeared very fast! We were going to call the Fire Team, but they were already going there, we heard their siren very close, and in 1 min they were already at the right place.

How brave these men are!
Firemen, workers of Ministry of Emergency Situations and other rescuers. They have chosen so dangerous profession, and it tells a lot about their nature.

We watched a TV-show about the strongest and the most dexterous men in our country, and these men are one of them! They showed much better results than just ordinary sportsmen and bodybuilders.
They have hard trainings every day, and their power and health are super great!

Now some shots of this fire that was extinguished very fast.

Real heroes are among us!
We don't need any Spidermen or Supermen...

I fought forest fires in my youth, and it is a very dangerous and difficult job. From cutting fire trails/breaks, to pulling hose to infernos, to packing piss cans (5 gallon cans of water with hand operated pumps) up cliffs, there was always hard work, and the ever present danger of plunging through a sodden crust of soil into a bed of glowing coals, falling into a pile of burning brush at the base of a hill, or any of a numberless ways to burn, death was never far.

Thanks!

you've so useful experience in your life. I think when people see some problems inside, they will never take them too easy.
Firemen really have super hard job and super dangerous.
How heavy their clothes are! How hard their everyday trainings are... I really was surprised!

I salute the firemen for the immediate action. You're right, they're superheroes.
