#641 - Nature shots for Wednesday.
Greetings on a Wednesday evening fellow Hivers. How are you so far? How all is well out there. This is my last work day of the week and tomorrow early morning we will be going to the province of Benguet for two days of visit. We will first go to Atok for the first night and go to Baguio on the second night then go home by Saturday afternoon. We will go to Atok to climb a mountain called Timbak which is a minor climb. I hope my knees are going to be ok since it has been a while since we had a hike.
Speaking of hike, this is one of those hike which I have done recently together with the wife and other people in a group. We just joined their group to save money instead of going DIY which is costlier. We went here in Mount Pigingan during the pandemic and that is cool because we were the only group of hikers that day, there is no long queue going to the summit which is great. In this shot we made a stop and rest for a while so I took a photo of this woman who is with us. She went there near the pine tree for solo shot so I also took one.😅
Another angle of the same side of the mountain where the woman was standing but this time she is not included and also the pine tree is not there anymore. A huge area of mountains which is essential in providing cover to the lower areas of the country particularly during typhoons.
A different area this time but there are still so much greens to see and appreciate. It cools the eyes while staring at it. We stopped here with the wife for just a short period of time.
Then here is another one, all of the stops we made a a bit short. Could have been longer to appreciate it more but we are on the clock. As you can see there's clouds and fog all in the frames and the locals said that it rains in the late afternoon almost every day so we need to be down and back by the time the rain falls.
Another stop that I took a photo of the only part of the mountain area where there is a road built for a village far away. They need access to get there and the common transport they use are motorcycles and those motorcross which are higher as they are considered mud bikes.
