Hi all 👋🏻

🎉 Can you believe it… it has been yesterday the “8th of December 2022” 1 year since I joined HIVE!

And boy… a lot has happened in that year I can tell you. 😎😊
I even became a dolphin 🐬 in November 😁
Moved house… and next week I move countries 📦📦📦 so I have been busy the last days.
I truly learned sooooo much here and daily more. I can say, I love it here. 🥰
I met so many lovely people I speak almost daily to. Ok ok… not literally speak… but we write to each other. You know who you are 😉👋🏻
I want to thank you all for our conversations 🙏🏻 And the stories and adventures we share 😎😁 It makes it so special and fun to be here.

But to not divert too far… for this post in our lovely #community this Friday for the #MarketFriday by @dswigle - Denise.
I will show you my #walk through #Estepona Spain 🇪🇸 What we ate & drank and celebrate with you all MY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY ON HIVE 🎉🥳

These 19 photographs are all taken with my iPhone🤓 in November 2022. When it still was sunny… ☀️☀️☀️ it’s rainy for a few days now.

Let’s have a look at what I saw:

Estepona changed a lot along the seafront. There was a road I used to drive through it, but the town hall changed a large part of it into this wide boulevard last year. Planted more trees and flowers 🌸 that brightens up any walk along the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 😊

Such a pretty colours everywhere.

If you look closely you see Christmas lights are attached to the palm trees already. 🎄

Flowers 🌸 in all kinds of colours do greet us. Love them all and perfect for my anniversary 🎉🎉😁

They let the large trees establish carefully, you see the largest palm trees 🌴 are still supported.

We find now also a few fountains ⛲️

Such a pretty side. They did a grand job changing the road into this boulevard.

As I walk further into the old center, we decide to sit down on a terrace and order some drinks. Our views…

Do you see the elephant 🐘

It’s a statue on this cute small square. 😊

As you know… we all love cappuccinos ☕️ And orange juice 🍊

Both delicious 😎

Walking further through the narrow streets of Estepona we see some more statues and a fountain ⛲️

And behind the sculptures the steps of the fountain.

As we walk further we see another sculpture 💃🏻

This is a meeting point for people in the Main Street of the center.

From all this walking… we are getting hungry and decide we go for some food now. 😊 As you know, we are in Spain… so why not get some Tapas 🇪🇸😉

And believe it or not… I always try to take photographs of the ordered food… hahaha 🤣 but like most of the time. I forget… as I’m enjoying the moment and food so much. I only have taken one photo. 📸

Tapas in most restaurants in Spain 🇪🇸 are served when ready… so it means you don’t get them at the same time. So when you eat the first tapa… others will arrive. And that’s one of the main reason I forget to take more photos. Especially when the food is so delicious. As here… in this #restaurant/ #tapasbar.
This is one of my favourite restaurants in Estepona.

Here you see the Tataki de Atún Rojo - Tuna.

We had further Russian salad, croquets and boa buns with duck.

That's a lovely spot, Jackie, to have such a nice meal, your meals always have a way of getting me salivated, it has to do with the way you present them I think lol.

And a big congrats to you, a lot has happened in a year for you, and am happy they are great achievements, congrats again and don't stop there's a lot in you to share with us lol.
