As I walked through the streets of downtown Seattle, I kept noticing a connecting bridge between two buildings high above the hustle and bustle of the city centre. On a rainy morning, I wanted to try to reach this bridge. And I actually managed to gain access via a multistorey parking garage. The door at the other end was locked. Nobody used this bridge. I was completely alone and was able to fully focus on photographing the streets of Seattle from above. Both the bridge and the top floor of the parking garage offered me some interesting views, which I would like to share with you in this post.

Als ich durch die Straßen von Downtown Seattle spazierte, fiel mir immer wieder eine Verbindungsbrücke zwischen zwei Gebäuden hoch über dem hektischen Treiben der Innenstadt auf. An einem verregneten Vormittag wollte ich versuchen, diese Brücke zu erreichen. Und tatsächlich gelang es mir über eine Parkgarage, Zutritt zu erhalten. Die Tür am anderen Ende war verschlossen. Niemand nutzte diese Brücke. Ich war total allein und konnte mich darauf konzentrieren, die Straßen von Seattle von oben zu fotografieren. Sowohl die Brücke, als auch das oberste Stockwerk der Parkgarage boten mir ein paar interessante Ausblicke, die ich in diesem Beitrag mit euch teilen möchte.
