Adam and Eve…

Short follow-up post.
Today, after breakfast, we ordered our taxi-boat and we found a beach JUST for us...

This place is called the beach of Adam and Eve and it really seems like the original paradise.

We have been enjoying its hot, crystal-clear waters for two hours when our boat arrived to pick us up, from there we went to eat at a Muslim-style beach bar but “acclimatized” to European tastes where we ate.

Then we walked back to our accommodation. The jungle here is lush but it also mitigates the heat quite a bit and is full of fauna, giant butterflies, lizards and the occasional monkey that we heard along the way.

It sounds nice to have a beach to yourself for a few hours. It sounds like a very nice trip so far.
