trees here and there
trees here and there
Good Morning and have a great day
good news our Daughter in Law was discharged from Hospital and got home yesterday evening, she still has to follow up particular with a liver specialist and will see one in BOston and may well need a liver transplant, so still a tough road ahead for her but great she is back home
Today I will share a few shots of trees from walks earlier in the year
This first one makes it clear its not a recent photo with no snow on the ground and the spring blossoms on one trees.

That shot was taken in Buttonwood Park, a beautiful and very popular park here in the city, even early morning when I visit or drive by it I see many people walking there. It is unofficially known as the jewel of the city, and was designed by the same designer who designed many well-known parks, including Central Park in NYC
This next shot is a spot I did visit many times this year, by the boat ramp and pier on Rodney French Blvd here in New Bedford, When I visit this spot I often get a shot of this tree, but now they have moved this electronic sign right under the tree, which makes it less picturesque in my opinion

Next up I am back in Buttonwood Park back in spring again, that was about the only time I visited the park this year, although I do love the Park, with the work they have bene doing by the pond, the spot i Normally like going to around sunrise isnt accessible so I have bene going to other spots, and would only visit the park if I went for a daytime walk, which I didnt do many of this year.

and I thought i would slip a mono shot in, this is in Fort Taber Park.

and back in Buttonwood Park for this last shot

Hello dear friend @tattoodjay, how are you?
What a joy to hear that your daughter-in-law has been discharged and is back home. I sincerely hope everything goes well for her and that she doesn't need a transplant. Let's pray for that.
What beautiful trees! The first shot is my favorite.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Good day, Mr. @tattoodjay
I can imagine the look of happiness on your daughter-in-law's face when she was told she could come home; I hope everything goes very well from now on.
I'm passionate about nature, I love trees, what beautiful photographs!
Have a wonderful day!
OHh yes she is happy to be home, and adjusting to her new diet to help the liver till she sees a specialist, hopefully very soon
Have a great day
Beautiful photos, I love the landscape version... in some of the photos below, the colors look beautiful. May I ask, what application did you use to edit the final photos?
Thank you...
Thanks kindly your support is appreciated
I shoot all my photos in RAW mode, so edit them all in Lightroom and photoshop
Have a great day
Good to see that your daughter in law made it back home , liver transplants are not that uncommon these days finding a donor might be hard.
Atleast she is home for new years eve.
You have been manual curated and upvoted by @ecency
yes indeed its a surgery often dont but finding a donor will be the challenge
Have a great day

That sign really ruins the shot doesn't it? Hopefully it gets moved soon!
I love the geese in the first one, always fun to see them. The last shot I think is my favorite today, that tree really draws you in for some reason. Great picture!
I'm glad she's out of the hospital, hopefully the specialist will have good news. If not hopefully one of her kids is a match for a living donation. Liver transplants are a big deal unfortunately!
I hope you have a nice day out your way, it the snow still hanging around?
Thanks, I am still hoping the liver isnt as bad as it appears to be, she is looking quite yellow which is a bad sign, I am hoping and praying it can be improved without surgery as indeed it is a big deal and finding a donor is a challenge
unfortunately two of her kids are two young to be an option and the other and her siblings all have other medical conditions that I feel would rule them out
I Guess for now its a waiting game till she sees the specialist and we see what they say
Have a great day
Well a quick prayer for your daughter in law. I'm glad she got to go home from the hospital. Honestly with the snow storm we just had I found myself missing the beautiful green tree.
Thanks ;)
Have a great day
