Sublime and Beautiful Sunday Early Morning colors

Sublime and Beautiful Sunday Early Morning colors

This post is for #SublimeSunday is inspired by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday is initiated by @ace108.

Good Morning and I hope your weekend is going well

Today for these two themes Sublime and beautiful I was thinking again about my morning walks which I haven't been getting over winter, and how what I love about them is I head out in the dark never knowing for sure what colors I will see as it approches sunrise and it gets light, that makes it always fun ,anticipating what one may see

Sure I do look at my weather apps at cloud patterns and such and have an idea what it may be like, but with Mother Nature one can never be sure.

Thats why I prefer sunrises over sunsets, sunset it is already light and you can see the clouds and have a pretty good idea how the sunset may be, so no sense of hmm adventure maybe.

Dang am I getting old I find waiting to see what a sunrise may be a sense of adventure, LOL thats probaby not the right word but I cannot think of a better one right now

Let me start with Palmer Island a beautiful little Island, which I always used to call Palmers Island, because the lighthouse by it is called Palmers Island light, but of course andit makes sense now the island itself is called Palmer Island

and looking over the rock wall at the end of east Beach, you may faintly make out BUtlers flat Lighthouse

and even on mornings its foggy and not much color, it is a surreal and indeed sublime feeling walking inthe fog

I love that photo of the docks in the fog. Has this spooky, yet appealing feel to it.

Such beautiful shots! I love foggy mornings, we only get a few a year over here, but I always enjoy them. That last shot is really nice, such spectacular colors. Did you adjust the water color in that one or was it all natural? Gorgeous!

How's the conditioning coming with that exercise bike?

Wow, this island is incredibly beautiful. There are very beautiful places, especially the beaches, which are very beautiful and the atmosphere is very caring.

I agree that sunrises are far more mysterious and unpredictable, but personally I struggle to wake up that early, so I end up photographing sunsets more often.

I discovered a hidden lightning-shaped form in this photo 😅

There is something vastly different between a sunrise and a sunset. Starting the day with a walk and enjoying the colours before all of the day’s offerings is special. Sure capping off a busy day by watching the sun go down is nice but the morning takes a little more discipline.

Thanks again for sharing old friend.

I love your take on the "adventure" of sunrises.
There really is something magical about heading out in the dark and waiting for Mother Nature to reveal her palette.
It’s like opening a gift every morning—you never truly know what’s inside until that first light hits!
