Saturday a nice spring walk in Buttonwood Park
a nice spring walk in Buttonwood Park
Good Morning and have a good day and weekend
As I am starting to write this post, I am also laughing at myself
Why you may ask, well even if you don't I am going to tell you anyway
I just was near the end of finishing writing another post, and got to the last photo in that post and suddenly had the though, hang on have a shared that before, so went and looked through my posts on here and discovered, yes indeed i had and not only that one photo all four in the post, so deleted the post and starting again with this one
It's very rare I do that as I like to think I am quite organized and have a system, where I have a folder for photos to go into posts, and then one for shots already in posts, and I delete them from that folder after I share the post.
Well its clear my mind wasn't in it back when I prepared the older post and left the shots in my to go in posts folder and hence todays mixup
So I have checked, double-checked, and triple-checked, the photos I will now share today haven't been shared before ;)
The other day my wife had an appointment and was going to be there for over an hour, so rather than waiting with or for her, I dropped her off and headed for a walk around Buttonwood Park here in New Bedford since it was such a nice day
In fact it was even nicer than I expected, and I still had one of my thicker jackets on, and by the end of my stroll in the park I was regretting it and sweating away, perhaps to much info so lets move on and talk about what I saw that day
Always ice to see signs of spring like the blossoms on trees

and the spring flowers, daffodils in this case, blooming all around
Mind you I hope the wrm week which had them all apear followed by a cold spel didnt mess up to many of the spring flowers

perhaps not looking so spring like, but this is a view I saw strolling around the park

and this shot is on the bridge you may have noticed in the last shot

And that’s all folks

Good day, dear friend @tattoodjay.
What a beautiful pond; you can really appreciate the tranquility there.
Excellent shots.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Nice to see the blooms starting to pop there and hint at the summer just around the corner! A stroll instead of a seat on a chair indoors is always superior.
Things are starting to bloom here like this tree in our front yard. Speaking of getting off the chair, I have to do that myself and get out in the yard for some hard work clearing up after the winter.
OHh yes god to get out after months hardly going out, I am lucky i have a grandson who loves doing yardwork so he helps us out
Wow that must be nice. I think I overshot that as I am working in the yard today solo while my little one is making money cleaning up someone else's yard!
