A few Monochrome shots to start the week

A few Monochrome shots to start the week

Good Morning and I hope you had a good weekend

As per my usual habiit I am starting the week with a few MOno shots, but a bit different this time as I decided to find some nature kind of shots to share today, which I will admit are the type of shots I seldom think of for MOno edits, so lets see what you think.

These are also a bit different in that most of the shots I share are taken early morning with my camera on a tripod, but these were all taken hand held, and how I know that whenever i have my camera on a tripod I set the ISO to 100, but all of these shots have different ISO settings, and often when shooting handheld I set the iso to Auto and let the camera pick what ISO to use.

THis firtsr shot, was taken as I was filling in time while waiting for a oil change and tire Rotation and walked to Paskamansett landing which was nearby

I forget where this next one was taken, possibly in Buttonwood Park, or one of the trails around here, I kind of suspect this is a shot people will either love or hate, for me i love it it has a kind of abstract feel to it

This next one is by a small pond in BUttonwood park, and I went a bit wild with the edit on this one, giving a kind of artsy feel to it, I liked it when I edited it, as I type this I am not so sure about this one

Oh, those have the same feel as the photos I took this weekend. I should look into converting some of mine into mono or black and white. They just have that mood to them.

How are you, dear friend @tattoodja? Good day.

It's so beautiful to see nature in this style of photography, without colors obstructing the view.

Excellent shots.

Have a wonderful start to the week.

At least there's a great view where you get your oil changes and tires rotated! You picked up a couple beautiful shots by the water. I like how you enhanced that yellow just a touch, nice effect. And I really like the last couple from Buttonwood, the blues just come out perfect on those shots. That third one has some amazing reflections. Great job!

How's that knee doing?
