Daylight mountains, and evening sea horizons.
I said a mouthful with the post title, but it was all that I could think of to explain it...

...to explain what? Well, to share some great views of the landscapes over here in our area.
I have random shots of mountainscapes during the day (5 shots), and then some random ocean horizon views later in the day (5 shots).
My daughter called to tell me that the UK feels like a cooking pot on high heat, as they now have a second heatwave. The houses in the UK have all been insolated against the cold and the snow, and now in summer they find it difficult to cool the houses down in the heatwaves.
The news is that a third heatwave is now on its way to Germany, and I wonder if it will extend over to the UK. They reckon that the heatwaves over there, shatter all of the previous temperature records. Here in Africa, especially by us at the southern tip of the continent, it is cold at night only, and thankfully the days are warm now at around 18C. Higher up in the north of the country they have much warmer days.
In any case, have a look at the random views below.
I saw that tent below, and I wonder who or what it could be, as if it is allowed to be up there then I would certainly like to go and have a look, but I think it is private property. So, I will investigate.
And below I have two early morning shots. I saw that the mountains were creating their own clouds again early in the morning, and they looked like real winter scenes.
Now let us have a look at the sea horizons.
I took the shot below when we arrived at a restaurant on Saturday where they have big screen televisions as we wanted to watch the Springboks (South African rugby team) versus the Scottish team. Every now and then I nipped outside to get some shots of the horizon, far in the distance. I can only say that the weather was weird outside, as the cold had set in again.
And then I took the shots below in the dark after the game.
Always something going on here and look if you can see a plane above the mountain in the shot below.
The good news is that the Springbok team has now become the first team to win all of their matches against the Championship and Six Nations teams in a year. Good news for us as we are South African and the Boks have a sterling reputation as tough guys to beat. They have an excellent coach who creates all new types of attacks, and it works like a bomb. But enough about the Springboks.
You can imagine what it is like to sit watching a sporting match, and at every pause for one or other misdemeanour popping out with your camera to take a shot of the horizon, but it works for me as you see in here. Nature is more of a priority for me than a game, and if it came to choosing between a game and nature, I will most certainly choose the latter. Games come and go, but nature is eternal and that makes the difference for me.
Such is life.
I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the story.

The mountain view is very beautiful and cool. And I saw that the mountain is so high that the clouds cover it, and you also took some angles that look very beautiful and extraordinary.
