Amazing how the clouds can dwarf the mountains.

Massive and solid white stuff that makes the high peaks look like pebbles on the hills.

Wait until you see the next picture, as then you will see what I mean.

I so love to watch the changes in nature and today I had a bumper show. It was a day of some huge cumulus white clouds and I was simply transfixed by the changes in the sky above the mountains. It was in the afternoon much later than the early morning rain and there were some rain puddles all over the show. So the clouds were all rained out and they were headed back to the ocean power bank for a water refill :)
Come and see.

This was a look towards the south-eastern side of the mountains and the foothills were filled with lovely colors.

And this is a look towards the northeastern side.

Back again to the south-eastern side.

Then the cloud formations started to crumble and I jumped into our car to drive down to the ocean in order to get a look at the scenes further away.

I stopped off at a golf course on the way and got this view on the camera.

So now you may ask what things looked like at the sea? Well I will not disappoint you as look at this lovely view below.

I have many more photos of the sea views, that I cannot post here now, as I am racing against the time when our next power cut will start. So, I will do another post about the views. For now, all that I can say is that we are continually blessed with lovely views here, both in nature and at the ocean. Never a dull or boring moment here, as there is a surfeit of beauty to fill our eyes every day, each day with its own lovely character.
So, I bid thee farewell until the sunshine of the morrow and may your days also be filled with beautiful wonders.

I hope that you enjoyed the pictures.

And That's All Friends.

Thank you for your appreciation of the post @bravofenix
Yes, at times the clouds completely swallow the mountains, but then later it spits them out again.
I love to share my passions and nature is number 2, as our charity work is number 1.
Thank you again for the kind message and have some !PIZZA

Those are huge looking clouds right there. Trying to imagine how it'll feel like at the peaks of the mountains.

Oh yeah and in the past I used to work on some of the signal towers on the mountains. During clouds like this on the peaks it is very misty and cold.

Hope it isn't dangerous with such heavy clouds.

Clouds above mountains,
Oh so fluffy and white,
They float and hover,
In the blue sky so bright.

They cover the peaks,
In a blanket so soft,
And hide the grandeur,
Of the rocks aloft.

So funny how the cloud looks like being directly on the mountain. I love the camera used as the pictures are clear and nice.
