A weird and lovely sunset.

The sky was dark with rain clouds, and the sun penetrated it briefly.

My eyes are forever on the skies, and at times I am rewarded with strange beauties.

The thing that I like about photography in nature, is that one can never expect what to see. This makes it exciting as quite often one will be rewarded with the unexpected. Be it wildlife, or the cosmos, one has to know that anything is possible. This is the way that I approach my outings with my camera.

Yes, there are some dull days when the light is bad, but acceptance plays a big role in my life, and as usual, I simply brush it off. It is the same in life, as we all have good days, and bad days.
Be that as it may, it is always better to search for the beauty in life and let me show you some beauty in here.

It all started with this shot below.
232.JPG

Yep, something was cooking, and I waited to see. Patience will almost always result in a satisfying end.
234.JPG

A time later, and I was rewarded with what looked like a genie's kettle. Obviously, the sun was below the cloud, and a lovely sunray divided the colors above the kettle.

A closer look at the kettle below.
243.JPG

Beautiful, isn't it?
244.JPG

And finally, all good things came to an end, as things started to fade.
250.JPG

Now if we look at life, all bad things also have an end, and we now live in a time where the bad things worldwide are sprouting up like weeds. There are wars, pandemics, corruption, and a ton of bad things happening all over. Nature is also at war, as mankind's destruction will no longer be tolerated. We are threatening our own extinction by our destruction of nature.

Nothing in nature is safe anymore, as poachers are killing off the wildlife, our rivers are soiled by plastics and pesticide chemicals, and even the oceans are polluted, killing off the sea life. It's going to be interesting to see the end of all of this, and sadly I don't think that it will have a good ending.
In the meantime, I only cling to the beauty with my camera, in the hope that sanity will be restored.
Such is life.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the story.

Sometimes it’s easy to get overwhelmed by all the problems in the world, but your pictures remind me that there’s still so much wonder if we just look up and wait.

Beautiful! And even if we snap the same subject everyday, there were still something in it that is bitter than the first we took. What a meaningful and full of positivity this post is. ✨✨

Thank you for the kind compliment, and I agree, as one can always improve on one's earlier photographic attempts.

You saw a genie's kettle yet I a sauropod the long necked dinosaur or Dino from the Flintstones, nature is just awesome. Isn't it great how we are all different and see different things. But nature, well she gives us the most amazing free live shows every single day!

Patience really is a virtue. Have a magical Sunday Zac :)

Well, can you imagine how boring it would be if we all had the same fingerprints, and the same likes and dislikes. Earth would become one big madhouse, and we all would be walking around in strait jackets.
Yep, nature is our movie house :)

Others say that patience is a virgin, and hope that your Sunday is/was also good.
