Happy day to all, dear friends of the community and photography lovers, how are you today? I'm doing quite well. It's been a rainy day, which has provided some relief from the hot weather we've had lately. The interesting thing about a rainy day is that many animals tend to come out of their hiding places or, on other occasions, hide to shelter from the rain. On this occasion, I would like to share with you some photographs I took of a spider that is very striking because of its color. I hope you enjoy the photographs.

Feliz día para todos, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía, ¿cómo se encuentran el día de hoy? Yo estoy bastante bien, ha sido un día lluvioso y eso aliviana un poco el clima caluroso de estos últimos días. Lo interesante de tener un día lluvioso es que, muchos animales suelen aparecer, salir de sus escondites o en otras ocasiones esconderse para resguardarse de la lluvia y en esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías que realicé a una araña muy llamativa por su color, espero que disfruten de las fotografías.

I find it curious that, since I started taking photographs, I have become more observant of my surroundings, because there is always something you can take pictures of. About a year ago, I noticed this type of spider living in my backyard. They are always found on the same plant, so I guess this plant helps them attract their prey, because otherwise I don't understand why I only see them on this type of plant and not on others, and their color, which clashes with that of the leaves, doesn't help them much.

Se me hace curioso el hecho que, desde que empecé a hacer fotografías me he vuelto más observador con lo que me rodea, porque siempre hay algo a lo que puedes hacerle fotos y hace un año más o menos fue que me percaté de este tipo de araña que vivía en el patio de mi casa, siempre se encuentran en la misma planta, supongo que esta planta les sirve para atraer a sus presas, porque de otra manera no entiendo por qué solo las veo en este tipo de plantas y no en otras y su color que desentona del de las hojas no les ayuda mucho.

I didn't have to do much work to develop the photographs, as I already had the colors I wanted. I just tried to accentuate the reddish tone of the leaves a little more to highlight the green color of the spider, as it creates a nice contrast and undoubtedly allows you to focus your gaze on the most important thing, the spider. In some photographs, you can see the spider in hunting mode and even with prey between its legs and fangs. I must say that this is my favorite photograph, as you can see the details of the spider and its prey perfectly.

Para el revelado de las fotografías no tuve que hacer tanto trabajo, ya los colores que quería los tenía, solo intenté acentuar un poco más ese tono rojizo de las hojas para hacer destacar el color verde de la araña, ya que genera un contraste bastante lindo y que sin duda te permite centrar la vista en lo más importante, la araña. En algunas fotografías se puede apreciar a la araña en su modo cazador e incluso con una presa entre sus patas y colmillos. Debo decir que esa es mi fotografía favorita, se aprecian a la perfección los detalles de la araña y su presa.
