An Outdoor Session With Rashel
Hace unas semanas hice una sesión de fotos a una niña que estaba cumpliendo 15 añitos...
Ella quería su sesión sencilla al aire libre, inicialmente se pensaba hacer en un espacio con piscina pero por diversas circunstancias no se pudo, así que nos tocó improvisar y recordé uno de mis lugares favoritos y allá fuimos a parar.
Con Rashel todo fluyó muy bien, pese a que la sesión duró unas 2 horas y media aproximadamente, siempre estuvo con buen ánimo, se hizo 3 cambios de ropa y no le tenia temor a la cámara 😁, eso es lo que más me gusta de alguien a quién le haré fotos... Que se relaje delante de la cámara y obviamente delante de mí jejeje.
Empecé haciendola reír para romper el hielo y ya en unos minutos había familiaridad.
Cuando entregué mi trabajo, la aceptación fue buenísima. Tanto su mamá como demás familiares y amigos quedaron satisfechos y felices... Aún mi síndrome de impostor me dice: "No eres tan buena" pero sale otra voz de por allá que me dice: "Sabemos que estás empezando, pero con empeño alcanzarás la meta, vas bien" (prefiero hacerle caso al segundo) 😁.
Después de mucho tiempo puedo decir que me siento más cómoda haciendo fotos con la Fujifilm y no con el teléfono... Cruzando deditos para en poco tiempo tener mi maquina Nikon y seguir haciendo lo que me apasiona! 🤞🏻📸♥️
A few weeks ago I did a photo shoot for a girl who was turning 15 years old....
She wanted her session to be outdoors, initially it was planned to be done in a space with a pool but due to different circumstances it was not possible, so we had to improvise and I remembered one of my favorite places and that's where we went.
With Rashel everything flowed very well, even though the session lasted about 2 hours and a half approximately, she was always in good spirits, she changed clothes 3 times and was not afraid of the camera 😁, that's what I like the most in someone I will take pictures of.... That she relaxes in front of the camera and obviously in front of me hehehehe.
I started by making her laugh to break the ice and already in a few minutes there was familiarity.
When I delivered my work, the acceptance was great. Both her mother and other family and friends were satisfied and happy.... Still my impostor syndrome tells me: "You are not that good" but another voice comes from over there and tells me: "We know you are just starting, but with hard work you will reach your goal, you are doing well" (I prefer to listen to the second one) 😁.
After a long time I can say that I feel more comfortable taking pictures with the Fujifilm and not with the phone.... Crossing fingers to soon have my Nikon machine and continue doing what I love! 🤞🏻📸♥️

The shot under the tree is so nice and looks so natural. It really looks like one a friend would take of Rashel. Her pink dress next to the pink flowers is really fun too.
