Production day in a bakery
Today, I'm excited to share this set of photos I took a few days ago.
A bakery hired me as a photographer and videographer to document a day of production at their establishment. To get these shots, we started very early in the morning, and I took photos while the chefs did their work, trying to be as non invasive as possible so as not to slow down their production.
I had the opportunity to document various processes, from kneading the dough to the final product:
Hoy estoy emocionado de compartir con ustedes este set de fotografias que hice a unos dias.
Una panaderia contrató mis servicios de fotografo y videografo para documentar como es un dia de produccion en su establecimiento. Para hacer estas fotos empezamos muy temprano en la mañana y fuí haciendo fotos mientras los chefs hacian su trabajo, tratando de ser lo menos invasivo posible para no retrasarlos en su produccion.
Tuve la oportunidad de documentar varios procesos, desde el amasado hasta el producto final:
It was a spectacle to watch them work, as they are all experts in what they do!
Fue todo un espectaculo verlos trabajar ya que todos son expertos en lo que hacen!
This bread is called "shell" and is the bakery's signature bread.
Este pan es llamado cascarita y es el pan insignia del local.
It was a two hour production that flew by very fast because I was alternating between shooting video and taking photos, always looking for the best possible angle for everything.
The next one is very famous in Venezuela and is known as "cachito":
Fueron dos horas de produccion que pasaron volando porque yo estuve alternando entre grabar videos y hacer fotos siempre buscando el mejor angulo posible para todo.
El siguiente es muy famoso en venezuela y es conocido como cachito:

After preparing everything, they usually store the prepared dough in a dark room while waiting for space in the oven for the next batch.
Despues de tener toda la preparacion lista, usualmente guardan el "preparado" en un cuarto oscuro mientras esperan tener lugar en el horno para la siguiente tanda:
This is because they work with a single oven and always have it at its maximum capacity:
Eso debido a que trabajan con un solo horno y siempre lo tienen al maximo de su capacidad:
And this is what the finished bread looks like. It has a super beautiful and delicious golden color, characteristic of Andean bread:
Y asi se ve el pan ya listo, tiene un dorado super bonito y rico, caracteristico del pan andino:
After documenting the entire process in the production area and finally feeling that I had enough material, I was obviously left wanting to eat something, so I went to the bakery to buy some pastries:
Luego de documentar todo el proceso en el area de produccion y finalmente sentir que tenia suficiente material obviamente quedé con ganas de comer algo y fuí a la panaderia a comprar algunos dulces:

Wow these bread's, and donuts are so yummy.the surrounding is clean, the machine is neat and even the personnel's working there are well protected with their safe protective wears.
The bread they produce looks very delicious and tasty.
