Some Photos & Musings From The Balcony
One of the Disney stories that I actually like and resonate with is only rapunzel. She lives cooped up isolated and never leaves until a prince rescues her. My balcony reminds me of that story somehow. I certainly wouldn’t want to live like a rapunzel. I haven’t actually rewatched it but I am sure if I do, I’ll gain a different understanding about it compared to when I was a kid.
This one right here was taken just before it rained. Some might call it the golden hour. I am currently waiting for the flowers in my balcony to bloom. Since now there's only a few plants and it looks so barren.
While I don’t leave the house I see some changes. But today, I decided to do something unusual. I was exploring another part of my balcony and got to see the sunset though sadly, it was cloudy. So just as you see in this picture below, the sun was too bright and almost covered by dark clouds.
I've been really curious about this abandoned house again but I certainly couldn't go there. I miss the day when you're not seen as weird holding a bulky camera and just being able to take picture whenever and wherever.Unfortunately, these days it's almost an impossible mission since people restrict camera use even in some cafes and restaurants.
It's unfortunate really but that's the standard lately. I guess it's also because social media and some negatives that comes from people just taking pictures anywhere. But I guess, I need to leave the house for once.
You should try to keep your hair long Cem, and put it down so the prince can go up and save you.
But I think the front door should be a lot more convenience right?
