Greetings🙋🏻‍♀️ photography lovers, #PhotographyLovers, what a joy to be with you again. This time I share with you a set of photos taken on a walk I did in a paradisiacal place called La Pared beach, located on the Macanao Peninsula, west of Margarita Island.

This is my first visit to this insular tip, where during the whole tour you will be amazed by the changes in the landscape, in which aridity and prickly pear plants predominate. In addition to curious rock formations, while you are watching the sea that looms on one side of the road.

En esta ocasión les comparto un conjunto de fotos tomadas en un paseo que realicé por un sitio paradisíaco llamado playa La Pared, ubicado en la Península de Macanao, al oeste de la isla de Margarita.

Se trata de mi primera visita a este extremo insular, donde durante todo el recorrido te vas maravillando por los cambios en el paisaje, en el cual predomina la aridez y las plantas de tunas. Además de curiosas formaciones rocosas, mientras vas viendo el mar que se asoma a un lado de la carretera.

This is how, after a journey of more than 60 minutes, you arrive at a place of white sand, crystal clear waters and gentle breeze that welcomes you with an impressive and intense blue color that blends between the sky and the sea.

Es así como, tras un recorrido de más de 60 minutos, llegas a un lugar de arena blanca, aguas cristalinas y brisa suave que te recibe con un impresionante e intenso color azul que se confunde entre el cielo y el mar.

Being quite far from the city, it is the perfect destination if you are looking for tranquility and feel lulled by the gentle sound of the waves.

Por ser un sitio bastante apartado de la ciudad, es el destino perfecto si buscas tranquilidad y sentirte arrullado por el suave sonido de las olas.

La Pared owes its name to a cliff that protects the beach and where some families have settled, whose livelihood is basically fishing.

La Pared debe su nombre a un acantilado que protege a la playa y donde se han asentado algunas familias, cuyo modo de sustento es básicamente la actividad pesquera.

The vegetation of the Peninsula is xerophytic, at the edge of the beach you will find "beach grape" trees (Coccoloba uvifera), to protect from the inclement sun and if you see them ripe, take advantage and enjoy this exotic fruit.

La vegetación de la Península es xerófila, a la orilla de la playa encontrará árboles de “uva de playa” (Coccoloba uvifera), para protegerse del inclemente sol y si las ves maduras, aprovecha y disfruta de esta exótica fruta.

In this haven of peace you will find a unique place to have a cold beer accompanied by a delicious fried fish with tostones. I'm talking about José Marín's restaurant, run by its owner and his wife, a couple who opened this place in 2006 and serve it with a care that invites you to come back, because they make you feel at home.

En este remanso de paz encontrará un único lugar para tomarse una cerveza bien fría acompañada de un delicioso pescado frito con tostones. Hablo del restaurante de José Marín, atendido por su dueño y su esposa, una pareja que abrió este lugar en el 2006 y lo atiende con un esmero que te invita a regresar, porque te hacen sentir como en casa.

The Caribbean is magical, its colors, flavors and people make it a unique place where it is a privilege to open the window and receive the breeze of this generous sea every morning.

El Caribe es mágico, sus colores, sabores y su gente lo convierten en un lugar único donde es un privilegio abrir la ventana y recibir la brisa de este mar generoso cada mañana.
