Rowing Teams on Avon River | My Morning Walk Moments 🇳🇿
My body yearns for a walk, I could feel it so thankfully today's weather was a lovely one to go out for a walk unlike the weather in most parts of the North Island that is currently being hit with lots of rain and flooding in some parts.
So through Shirley park, I emerged along Avon River where I enjoyed the views of the river, the ducks having their relaxing time but had to stick to the side of the river as rowers go on with their training which I photographed some of the moments.
Rowing is quite an admirable sport that I like but I will keep admiring them from far since I can't swim to start with...

Amazing nature place. If I could go back and relive some moments, I'd go back to twenty years ago, when my friends and I used to go canoeing, even in the winter. This post reminded me of some great times. Thank you.
These are truly amazing activities to look reflect over at an older age, like mentioned in the post I like this sport but I never had the opportunity to do it when I was younger. Am glad it reminded of some great past times.

That river looks nice, but I agree with you about staying away. I can't swim either.
That makes us both, good to know am not the only one. If my work life in NZ hasn't been so hectic I would have taken swimming lessons though.
