šŸŒæšŸ¦‹ Nature’s Pause | A Butterfly at Pleasant Point

I will leave the Latin name and even the English to @reachdreams, I admire him for knowing the names of the butterflies he shares and their characters.

I was on site at Pleasant Point earlier in February and had a paused moment, it was a moment that got me attracted to this beautiful butterfly as it perched on the yellow flower.

It was also a wet day with water droplets šŸ’¦ on the leafs šŸƒ, a cool day, cool weather out there on the field. Actually now that I remember, it was raining intermittently and I had my rain jacket on.

Finding out the Latin name is very easy. Simply upload a picture of your observation to inaturalist. inaturalist will suggest names. A scientist will then identify them.

Btw, do you use Discord?

Oh I see, that should really make it easy to get details.

I stopped using Discord a while ago but I us X

What a lovely moment to capture! There’s something truly special about pausing just long enough to notice the quiet beauty around us. Butterflies have a way of drawing us in, even without knowing their names—it's their grace and delicate presence that speaks for itself. I also admire those who can identify them so well, but moments like this remind us that appreciation doesn’t always need labels. Beautifully shared!

Love that line and couldn't agree more!
We get so busy a pause every now and then will help us to appreciate the nature around us.
Thanks for the comment šŸ‘Œ
