Hello dear #Hive friends!.... Welcome to a new edition of my street photography series.... This time I bring for you a set of photos whose main subject are the elements present on the facades of the old houses of my town.... This is simple: I take my camera, I go out to the street and more than half of the town's houses have signs of abandonment and deterioration... It's easy to find dramatic and visually appealing elements there!... But, let's go with the pictures, which is the most important thing here!

¡Hola queridos amigos de #Hive!... Bienvenidos a una nueva edición de mi serie de fotografía callejera... Esta vez traigo para ustedes un conjunto de fotos cuyo sujeto principal son los elementos presentes en las fachadas de las casa viejas de mi pueblo... Esto es simple: Tomo mi cámara, salgo a la calle y más de la mitad de las casas del pueblo tienen signos de abandono y deterioro... ¡Entones es fácil encontrar elementos dramáticos y visualmente atractivos allí!... ¡Pero, mejor vayamos a por las fotos, lo cual es lo más importante aquí!

As you can see in these photos; the main theme is "deterioration".... I don't know, maybe it's something psychological which has to do with the fact of living in this town, but the truth is that I find in me a remarkable propensity for registering the final cycles of things, especially when the deterioration is already something that borders on the dramatic and "visually" complex... I'm not saying that I don't like to photograph neat and pretty things... But that's something scarce here!... So I think I'm moving towards a point where I do: "My necessary photos"...

Como pueden observar en estas fotos; la temática principal es el "deterioro"... No sé, quizás se trate de algo psicológico lo cual tiene que ver con el hecho de vivir en este pueblo, pero lo cierto es que hallo en mi una notable propensión por registrar los ciclos finales de las cosas, en especial cuando el deterioro es ya algo que raya en lo dramático y "visualmente" complejo... No digo que no guste de fotografiar cosas prolijas y bonitas... ¡Pero eso es algo escaso aquí!... Así que pienso que me muevo hacia un punto en donde hago: "Mis fotos necesarias"...

Due to its own characteristics, this type of photographs can also look excellent when are converted to black and white or sepia, but... Do you think I would stop sharing with you all that chromatic magic of those aged and worn surfaces?... No, that's something I love in these photos. It's like "Watching time doing its work inexorably on each material"... And that's something very touching about these photos!

Por sus características propias, este tipo de fotografías también puede lucir excelente cuando se viran al blanco y negro o al sepia, pero... ¿Creen acaso que dejaría de compartir con ustedes tosa esa magia cromática que tiene esas superficies envejecidas y desgastadas?... No, eso es algo que amo en estas fotos. Es como: "Mirar el tiempo haciendo su trabajo de forma inexorable sobre cada material"... ¡Y eso es algo muy emotivo de estas fotos!.
