Macro picz beside a waterfall

(Edited)

Whenever I go to an area where there is an expected bushes or forest or whatever, I always think about "macro photography potential!" nowadays. It's cos that's the most obvious place where you would find some bugs, insects, or whatever tiny interesting stuff you can take macro pics of.

We visited a waterfalls recently and I didn't swim because they're usually cold af there... which it was. And I don't like cold waters cos I am quite sensitive and shiver so easily.

While they took pics of themselves with the pretty area, I was looking for something small... And alas! I found one!

Shot with Fujifilm XT5, 80mm macro lens

This spider with its web was not very visible and was chilling near a tree. To me, it's like I'm looking for interactable items in a game irl which is part of the fun lol. I took quite a few shots of this one just to be sure I had at least one of them in focus.

This other shot happens to be focusing on the web and it's so cool to see! I don't really remember since they're really tiny to look at with our naked eyes but apparently it was weaving a web. I don't know what type of spider it is though. From what I researched, it might be a yellow garden spider but I'm not sure.

Anything can be a subject with a macro lens.

They have tiny leaves within the leaves. :o

I have to turn up the aperture cos there were less light in the area. It might have been better if there was less blurry stuff and more focused.

Look at the moss (?). I can take pics of them all day. They're so cute and tiny and they also have their own thing going on lol.

DSCF8544.jpg

I don't know what it is but seems like a cool thing. :D

Do spiders change their skins (or skeletons?). That's what it looks like here... or maybe it's ded. 💀 So cool that I was able to see it. :D

This guy was also weaving. Seems like they busy doing their thing.

I like this surprisingly. I didn't even remember taking this shot but the motion blur is cool.

And lastly, a nice pic of a tiny flower.

Until my next walk in nature! :D

I am not really fond snakes and spiders. But I guess they are still better than hornets. At least spiders and snakes have not done me any harm. Hornets and bees like biting me for some reason. But plants photos are nice.

I don't think I've seen hornets but you're right haha. At least spiders and snakes leave you alone unless you mess with them.

Dang you got stung by them quite a few times? Ouch

Could be worse. My favorite neighbor yesterday told me that when she was a kid one time she got stung by very many bees. Apparently after that her face was so swollen that her eyes were not visible.
