The Time Of The Sun

Hello photo lovers!

Let's enjoy our time while we enjoy the sunlight. And this wonderful light changes at each moment, we feel how time passes... and how all changes, all is beautiful in different ways.

We're out there, looking at the sky, looking at the sea, looking around... A path full of vegetation that leads us to contemplate the wonder of each day, the light that emerges from the horizon, from that nearby sea and illuminates our lives.

A quiet place, the sound of our steps and us. And the sun that already keeps us company. Sometimes we don't need much more, it's easy, there are no people to get around to photograph that path, that lively place, that still dormant nature that adorns those views we want to see. We want light, life and a picture that inspires us...

And meanwhile in the serenity of the first moment of daylight, in its first moments it seems that it is playing at hiding among the undergrowth, rays that intermingle with the feathered leaves of some tall plants, and then it decides to show itself powerful and splendid. We play along while taking photographs by experimenting with each light, shadow and contrast. All is beautiful.

We continue the path without looking at the sun again, we only notice its heat through the trees, which give way again to the imposing view. To the sun that shines at its best, shining over the sea and transmitting peace to all of us who look, and take more photos with different palm leaves that frame the landscape that seems like a warm dream.

At every step the light changes, everything changes, everything is the same but different and we are running out of time, or not... everything continues, including our path. More plants, also palm trees that feel happy with the first light of the morning. A golden light, an atmosphere of calm, magical silence and it seems that in that moment time stops.

Again we look ahead and we see the sun between a gap in a tree, it is still present. It continues to illuminate with each passing moment, because time passes...

Time passes and we realize it, we can measure it. Wait, what is that? It is a sundial, a real one, as they did before, looking at the path that the sun travels during the day, from the sea it passes over us to end up resting in distant mountains...

This is how time passes, with each solar movement, with each ray of light, with each glare that makes us squint. And I look around, a sundial that will work today, that has been waiting for the sun to rise to start, like us.

And it has curious details, not only marks the hours with Roman numerals but also the signs of the zodiac, in a kind of ceramic mosaic, and it remains there bathed in beautiful light, waiting to strike the hour, the first hour, because the day only makes sense if the sun is there, in front of our eyes.

Now our time is over, that time of taking photographs, breathing deeply and contemplating the beauty of everyday life and the wonderful beginning of each day. But the time of the sun is not over, it will continue with us, with a clock that will mark its steps, all day, until it decides to leave... but only for a moment, while we dream, of another beautiful and bright day, in another eternal moment.
