White Water

DSC07430.jpeg

The water flows downward over the Falls, then through the canyon; as gravity pulls the white water toward St Mary lake. Listen to the sound of the rushing white water — A beautiful sight to behold. Look at the odd tree caught up in the water, given enough time, it will eventually free itself from it’s entanglement. Eventually it may reach the lake downstream, maybe. Photos taken around Meachen Falls, East Kootenay, British Columbia, Canada. Thanks for stopping by.

Such a beautiful view of waterfall. The white colour makes it even more beautiful while flowing.

Beautiful, but dangerous if you get too close! Thanks for looking @shamis.

Ys that is for sure. Should be extremely careful. Because we do have too many waterfalls here and too many mishaps too when people go out to take bath underneath the fall.

Such beautiful shots! I love the sound of water as it's rushes downstream and over a falls. There have been a lot of trees washed down stream there. This spring I bet a lot of those make it down to the lake! You must be itching to get out there already, by May are things clear enough to get out?

June is the magic month when we get the green light to get out there, in some cases May, but you have to expect lots of mud!
