Trail Camera Roll

DSC06347.jpeg

A few random trail shots captured on the way to Helen Lake. By this point in the hike, the wind had picked up and there was the odd drop of rain coming in. Fun, not fun you might say. The scenery was pretty awesome, but I could certainly goes without the natural elements getting in the way. But this is all on the menu when one ventures out into the outdoors. You really are at the mercy of nature. I have been planning this hike for several months now, and was certainly going to make the most of it. Come hell or high water.

@daveks It is very amazing the road to Helen Lake, like many of the places you show in your posts. Canada has some amazing places. I wish you success my friend. Thanks for your visits to my posts.

Those trees are definitely trying to hide the mountain top, that's the effect it's giving.

Makes the trail seem a little more mysterious, like what is beyond there to the right. Thanks for looking.

What gorgeous scenery! I love being in the mountains, nothing quite like. I'm glad you made it without getting to cold, weather can change quickly up there.

Those B&W's are always really cool, like a time warp!
