Qualicum Continued

DSC09579.jpeg

Here are some of the final photos from our excursion out to Vancouver Island. These photos were taken at Qualicum beach. We didn’t actually do any swimming, but just moseyed up and down the beachfront walkway soaking in the views and enjoying the fresh ocean air. It was a wonderful end to a most wonderful trip, looking forward to returning someday in the future. For now, the Canadian east coast is a calling, and we are planning a trip to New Foundland. Thanks for stopping by.

The atmosphere at Qualicum Beach feels calm and full of serenity especially with the wide open stretch of sea and sky.

Sometimes just walking along the shoreline and breathing in air is more beautiful than swimming itself.

That is exactly what we did, enjoy the surroundings while waking along the sidewalk.

The pebble-strewn beach looks attractive. It's rare to find a beach with such pebbles; most of the beaches are fine sand.

Your right, not exactly the kind of beach to walk along barefooted.

Wow that's a pretty short beach! Well I reckon it was very cold, I don't see anyone swimming

Yes, we are very much looking forward to Canada's east coast. Will see how it compares to the west coast.

One of those rocky beaches! They are great to walk along and find all sorts of treasures. Beautiful shots by the way, it must have been a beautiful day at the beach!
