One and Done

A couple more captures from my short, very short hike on the Bellevue Prairie trail. The majority of the views were right at or near the trailhead. The further along the trail I went, the less interesting the landscape became. That was enough for me to call it quits on this one. All good though, was curious to see what was beyond the initial stretch of trail. Now I know. It will be a one and done hike. There are plenty more hikes in and around Waterton Lakes Park that I want to do later on in the year. Looking forward to that. Thanks for stopping by.

It was still a good deviation, after a while the landscape became kinda repetitive I guess
Yes, flat prairie more or less.
I can't wait to see the beautiful scenery on your next hike, my friend. There will be many spectacular views. Enjoy your midweek, my friend. Have a great day.
Thank you, always looking forward to the next one.
I see why you decided to not to continue the hike. The terrain is simple and isn't really interesting to look at or take shots
But it's a beautiful vast land though
The first couple of minutes of the hike was the best, then it was just flat praireland.
I'm sure Waterton has better scenery though, something to look forward to this year! Any idea when you'll pick either west or east for the trip this year?

I think in about 2-3 weeks. Don't want to leave it too long or may get shut out.
Nice photo graphs, such wonderful colors on those hills
