Mountainous Lake Views
On our way to the northern tip of Glacier park, via tour boat, I was lucky enough to capture some pretty awesome mountainous views. Check it out, even in mid Summertime (when these photos were taken), there is still snow/glacial ice suspended up at higher elevations. In some areas it stays year round. Higher elevations equals colder temperatures, not rocket science. During the winter months, these mountains will turn white with snow covering, then melt in the Springtime, and then here we are full circle back in the Summer. Thanks for stopping by.

This is so cool.
Nature is cool!
The strange is that the snow is not at the exact top but a bit down, usually it's all at the top the remaining one
I see on second photo part of the mountain is red, how comes? Iron?
Great landscapes
Its position in relation to the sun is what makes the difference. The reddish colour may have something to do with iron oxide deposits in the area. Thanks as always for stopping by.
Aha the first photo is such peace for eyes
Yes, thanks for looking.
The beauty of nature in Glacier Park makes you feel like you’re in another world, especially with the ice still there in the summer.
The mountains around here are just amazing, so incredible. Thanks for looking.

Lovely pics man.
Mountainous regions are some of the most photogenic of landscapes😂✨
Absolutely correct!
The view is very beautiful, very pleasing to the eye.
Thanks as always.
As always, when you make a combination: water+forest+mountain+sky, the result is breathtaking! 📷💯

Good hills for Trials riding. & if you could just get to that patch of snow with a snowmobile. Coo photo graphs
Oh yes, that would be swell bos.
It's almost like every terrain in Canada has all these rocks and mountains. It's a beautiful sight to behold, although I think these terrain is why the country side might be so snowy and cold, I might be wrong though
Well, the prairie provinces which include: Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba are relatively flat without mountains. Probably only 20-30% of Alberta is mountainous and hilly.
Ohhh. Thanks. I thought it was everywhere in the country including all the towns and cities that has the mountainsides. Thanks for the clarification
What a view, even the eternal snow adds to the beauty of the mountain, have a nice day my brother
Indeed it was incredible, thanks for stopping by.
Gorgeous pictures, it's always nice to see some residual snow in the mountains. On that third picture what is that light green line running up the side of the mountain? It has me curious now that I've looked at it!
I was going to mention something in the post about it, but got sidetracked. It is the US/Canada border!
Beautiful views! Amazing how the snow sticks around even in summer. Nature is awesome! gretings from Argentina!
Do much hiking in Argentina? Thanks for visiting.
I live in the federal capital, there is no trekking or hiking, but I went to Patagonia and did a lot of hiking, mountaineering and all those types of activities, it is a nice place if you have the possibility to go! greetings friend!
Oh yes, would love to go to Patagonia someday! Thanks for visiting.
Your photos absolutely stunning. The photos about summer warmth with the icy remnants at higher elevations creates a mesmerizing contrast, perfectly captured by your lens. Truly a visual treat!
Glad you liked it. Summer warmth meets icy remnants!
