Journey to Stewart Canyon

Banff Park in Springtime can be a wonderful place, especially when the weather cooperates, and the muddy spots are manageable. On this day, we journeyed to Stewart Canyon via Lake Minnewanka. Considered a short hike with negligible elevation gain/loss, total time round trip is under an hour (including photos). This is one of them hikes built for families, very easy with great scenery — and a walking bridge! Who doesn’t love crossing a bridge? If you ever find yourself in the area, do check it out. Thanks for stopping by.

As usual, the view of the lake surrounded by heavy rain is always beautiful to enjoy. Moreover, getting the weather is very supportive to explore the place, it is very enjoyable.
Thanks for taking a look.
Another collage of fine photo graphs, well done
Appreciate that bos.
A very nice place for a walk! Is that snow in the last pictures?
Yes. Still some of that white stuff around. Should be fully melted soon.
Wow ooo see the beautiful hand work of God so beautiful and amazing ♥️
Very true yes. Thanks.
Your welcome
Loving the views.
Glad you liked it.
You have pictures taken from this Banff park more than any other place. Stunning. The first picture looks scary though. It looks quite steep, and I wonder where you were standing to take that one.
Yes, because I have visited this place the most! I was standing on that walking bridge seen in the last photo.
Great landscape in photos!!! Excellent 👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Appreciate that!

What awesome scenery, that fourth one is great. I love seeing the small river winding down it's course. All of them are excellent. But that first one in mono does have that Ansel Adams feel, very cool!
Ansel Adams put black and white landscape photography on the map. Love all of his work. Thanks for dropping by.
