End Game View
So here I am nearly full circle from where I started this “Prairie view” hike. This ain’t no prairie view here though. This is my “end game view” you might say, and a spectacular view at that. Over to the left is Mount Baldy, and the body of water is Barrier Lake. By this time I was about five hours or so into this hike, and honestly it did take longer than I had expected, but the grand finale here or the “End game view” was definitely worth it. How would I rate this hike? Probably about a 6.5/10 or so, overall. Good, but not great. Would I do it again? Yes, but would likely wait at least a few years before trying it again. I still have several first time hikes on my “To do” list. The hiking adventures in the Canadian Rockies seem almost endless! Excitement at its finest!

Epic shots, the view is amazing. So is the hike a 6.5 but the view is a 10? Regardless looks pretty spectacular to me but its so true so many trails everywhere and so many needing to be done at least once..
The overall experience is about a 6.5 or 7 compared to others I’ve done. Maybe I’m spoiled lol. From the summit to the lake was about 2 straight hours of forested hiking (that part was a bit boring actually).
The scenery is rul nice. There's nice depth in that wata.
Thunks bos.
Great picture 😍
Thanks.
I'm glad to see you continuing to go on adventures to see lots of mountains. I had to postpone it because it rains so often and rivers often flood.
Yes, rain and hiking do not go together great. Thanks for looking.
If I had to give this photo a name, perhaps it would be: "Awesome explosion of landscape magic"
Big applause round for you @daveks friend!... Thanks!

Incredible. Awesome photography
Thanks @bitpohoto!
That's a nice view! When you said Mount Baldy I was thinking of the one outside of Los Angeles, it didn't dawn on me that there was another one in Canada!
That hike looks like it was worth it, pretty nice view though. Looks like the water level is a little low though, is it man made? As usual the B&W bring out a whole different world. Very cool!

I didn't realize there was one in California either until doing some research on it. Yes, man controlled lake it is. Thanks for stopping by @thebighigg.
