Cranbrook Climbing

DSC07515.jpeg

We took a short little climb up the mountainside, here in the Cranbrook, British Columbia area. Not a whole lotta elevation gain; it was more of a nature walk than a hike. From the top, we had a pretty decent view of Cranbrook. One of the highlights of the afternoon was the beautiful forest of trees surrounding the hillside. A gorgeous bunch of them. Up here, the smell of fresh air and a vibrant forest was second to none! Thanks for stopping by.

This is a perfect view, dense forest, a neat little town with a backdrop of mountains decorated with majestic clouds.

Stunning view from a top. The very first glance from atop, should have made you breathless. So beautiful and majestic it looks.

It was a wonderful view, would have been nice to have bluer skies, but you can't always have "perfect weather".

Wwoooow. Beautiful mountain side view. It’s been years I went for mountain climbing.

I’ve subscribed to the community. Is the photographer challenge for just any type of cool photography or are there areas of target?

From my end it looks like a very high elevation as I can see the top of those tall tress. It's a beautiful sight to stand on top of there and take that shot

Well, the elevation gain isn't actually that much, and it is also a gradual incline.

Ohhh, a gradual decline, that seems to make a lot of sense

The trees look so thick and green, man I love it. It's a very perfect spot to just stop and breathe for a while and take in all the glory that nature brings to us. I really have to set a schedule for vacation this year

What a nice view. I really like that second one looking out over the forest... I love pine trees! How was the hike up to it?

Relatively easy, gradual incline. Perfect for a "rest day".
