End Of Meteorological Winter...

Winter is coming to an end, the birds are singing and life is starting to flourish.

Spring has certainly become my favourite time of the year, when you start to see changes in the landscapes, trees starting to bud, flowers growing up and everything looking new.

I notice the flowers starting to bud and thought I'd get the macro lens out and try a couple of shots, admittedly between rain showers.

I love seeing water droplets on plants, it just adds another dimension to the shots.

Experimenting with my Godox AD200 flash, I couldn't find my diffuser, as I've not done much macro since summer last year. I do like how I can place the flash where I want instead of it being static on the camera.

I've really missed macro photography, as I've always said, it's like have a telescope viewing another world, I'm always one to get a different perspective on things, that's one of the reasons I also own a drone lol.

I really hope you've enjoyed looking at these few shots, the first macro of 2023, really looking forward to getting more in the coming months, and hopefully I won't get my trouser legs wet kneeling down like I did today lol.
