My story with the fish - photography - [Eng-Esp]

Hello friends who love photography, I hope you are well.

I am a big fan of fish, the sea, nature in general... these photos remind me of my childhood, when I was about 12 years old, in the house where I lived with my mother we had a small pond with some little fish, plants river and some stones.

Soy un gran fan de los peces, del mar , la naturaleza en general ... estas fotos me recuerdan mi niñez, cuando tenía más o menos 12 años en la casa donde vivía con mi madre teníamos un pequeño estanque con algunos pecesitos , plantas de río y algunas piedras.

It comes to my mind that at that time it was already difficult for us to find them for sale in the town, appropriate food to feed them so we went, my uncles, my grandfather and I in search of this to some dairy farms on the periphery. Quite an experience 😂 imagine where we found the worms to feed our little animals.

These photos reminded me of that time, I took them a short time ago at a friend's house that @ndslau and I visited.
I thought it was a nice opportunity to photograph what at the time you can't do at 12 years old.

Me viene a la mente que por esa época ya nos resultaba difícil encontrarles en venta en el pueblo, comida apropiada para alimentarlos entonces íbamos , mis tíos , mi abuelo y yo en búsqueda de esta a algunas vaquerías de la periferia . Toda una experiencia 😂 imagínense dónde es que encontrábamos los gusanos para alimentar a nuestros pequeños animalitos.

Estas fotos me recordaron esa época , las hice hace poco tiempo en casa de un amigo que visitamos @ndslau y yo .
Me pareció una bonita oportunidad de fotografíar lo que en su momento no puede hacer a los 12 años.

I didn't have a pond, this time I was photographing through the glass of a fish tank, I tried to get closer to it with my camera, I made my camera settings and began to capture what I saw through the viewfinder.

No tenía un estanque , esta vez estaba fotografiando a través del cristal de una pecera , me traté de acercar a esta con mi cámara, realicé la configuración de mi cámara y comencé a capturar lo que veía por el visor.

I took the photos with my Canon 6D Mark 2 camera and a 50mm 1.8 lens, first I set the ISO as low as possible, but the lighting conditions wouldn't let me have it at 50 -100 iso, so I raised it (depending on the photo the ISO changes to values ​​greater than 100)
Later I made the configuration of the aperture, never at the extreme, although if I had set it at 1.8 much more light would enter, I increased it two or three steps higher, setting it at 1.8 would have complicated everything, the ends are less sharp and on the other hand the "Focused Space" would be less. Later I configured the speed playing with the previous parameters in order to make the elements in the photo look more or less static.

Tomé las fotos con mi cámara Canon 6D Mark 2 y un lente 50 mm 1.8 , primero ajusté el ISO lo más bajo posible, pero las condiciones de iluminación no me dejaban tenerlo en 50 -100 de iso , así que lo subí ( dependiendo de la foto el ISO cambia a valores mayores de 100 )
Posteriormente realicé la configuración de la apertura, nunca en el extremo, aunque si la hubiera puesto en 1.8 entraría mucha más luz,la aumenté dos o tres pasos superiores , ponerla en 1.8 me hubiera complicado todo, los extremos son menos nítidos y por otra parte el "Espacio enfocado" sería menor . Ya después configuré la velocidad jugando con los parámetros anteriores para así lograr que se vieran más o menos estáticos los elementos en la foto.

After adjusting these parameters, I looked through the viewfinder and waited for the "animal model" to do something that seemed worth capturing. It's amazing that at times you think you're being watched. I waited a few seconds while I enjoyed myself and let myself go.

Ya después de ajustados estos parámetros miré por el visor, y esperé a que el "modelo animal" hiciera algo que me pareciera digno de capturar. Es increíble que por momentos crees que te están observando. Esperé algunos segundos mientras disfrutaba y me dejé llevar.

The composition was always, in some I waited for them to look at me and in others I followed the famous rule of thirds to be able to place them.

To finish I tell you. The development process was carried out in Lightroom CC 2022 where I adjusted Lights, saturation, color tones, etc.

One of my dreams is to take underwater photographs, for now I am here putting these here for your consideration.

La composición era siempre, en algunos esperé que me miraran y en otros seguí la famosa regla de los tercios para poder colocarlos .

Para terminar les cuento. El proceso de revelado lo realicé en Lightroom CC 2022 dónde ajusté Luces , saturación, tonalidades de los colores etc.

Uno de mis sueños es realizar fotografías submarinos ,por ahora estoy aquí poniendo a su consideración estas aquí.
