Former quarry

View of a huge limestone quarry near the city of Orsk, Orenburg region. The quarry itself has already been exhausted, mining has stopped here and is carried out in a neighboring quarry. But you won’t be able to get into the quarry itself - the security doesn’t let anyone in. And it would be very interesting to go down, look for fossils there, and take a few pictures. But, I had to be content with photos from the observation deck. But even watching from here you are amazed at how many tons of earth were dug out that such a huge hole was created
