Hive anniversary and some random photos

The speed at which time flows now for me, not to generalize, because I believe that time is different for each of us, and I think it starts from the speed at which our heart beats...

As I was writing this I realised I was wrong. My heart beats slow, slow, and irregular, tachycardia!

I was thinking about the speed at which I think, move, and live. A slower speed that makes the speed of time for me seem even faster.

It's been seven years since I joined this community.

Seven years!

Number seven seems to have a relationship with me and I think it's becoming my favourite number.

This year I turned 70 and this age seems to have been a target of mine, moreover, at a time when my pessimistic side made me think that it represented the maximum for me. The next half year will prove if I was right, especially as by the end of the year I think I will reach the much desired, by me, the reputation of 77. This score is also a target of mine for this year and I hope to see it realized!

I believe in this indicator. I know many have managed to increase this number by different methods, but never mind that it's a good indicator if you know how to read it and correlate it with all the information.

I kept thinking about what Hive offered me...

I learned many things and practiced what I learned. I did most of it with great pleasure. I met many people, from all over the world. I've come to consider some of them friends... without telling them so. I was overjoyed when someone said to me, at one point, friend, and they were among those I considered friends!

I felt I had friends especially when those mates stopped being here. Every time I take a trip down the list of those I follow, I see that they're no longer active... I want to cry. I'm not exaggerating, that's the truth.

I kept thinking about what I have offered to Hive...

I can only think of one thing, a constant presence in this community, almost daily, and a post every two days or so. I never thought about myself that I would be so dedicated, for so long, without anyone forcing me.

With this anniversary I realised something interesting. It's about coincidences, small coincidences, of course, but I like them, I like good coincidences.

I saw @nelinoeva's post about her birthday in Hive, Hive anniversary and some recent bird photos, when traveling through her city, Varna.

I was with friends from Balchik, my favorite vacation spot, to another special place in Bulgaria, Nessebar.

I took some pictures from the car to prove that this coincidence happened.

IMG_20240627_165346.jpg

IMG_20240627_170018.jpg

The other coincidence was...

My neighbor to the south, @nelinoeva, joined Hive on the same day as me, or in other words, I joined Hive on the same day as her. I live in Romania and like Bulgaria.

All my posts contain many photos. Maybe it's because I like to take pictures or because I can't express myself too well in words and I let the pictures help me...

Another gain from Hive is that I kept the photos taken since 2017, at first fewer but then more and more.

Photography Lovers has been and still is the community where I post the most and I think it's only natural that this should happen.

I'm trying to post a photo from every year since I've been in Hive, preferably from June...

7 years! Happy anniversary 🍷

Looks like you joined few days after me :) So great to see so many people from that year still active (even though a lot disappread along the way).

Yes, it is marvelous that there are people who have remained loyal to this place. I miss a few who have given up for who knows what reasons. I hope to see you here for years to come. Thank you!

We are not only friends and the same age, as a bonus is that we have our 7th year on Hive in the same year. Mine was on the 19th of June, if I remember correctly.
I wish you a Happy Hive Birthday @bluemoon

Yes, 19th of June, you have ten days more than me and seems to have mattered a lot. I'm glad we're here together, and I hope it lasts as long as possible.
Thank you!

Ten days are not an issue, as the good thing is that both of us have reached a milestone. I also hope that we can sustain it, but some health issues are worrying me.
Blessings and have a !BEER

Sad to see this, but one thing that I know, is that we are only on a journey on this planet. When the end of our lives arrive, everything that we have seen and owned will only be illusions. So, it is right now in our golden years that we should enjoy every minute. Most everyone at our age has health issues, and we only have to bear with it.

Very nice, thank you! Unfortunately, I've lost my enthusiasm and it has nothing to do with the value of the coin.

what has it to do with then? would it discourage me too?

No, it's only about me. For you, the important thing is perseverance, and after each post you make, commenting on the posts made by others, of course, on the ones you appreciate... Your blogs are very well structured, that is, well written and with well-chosen photos, so it only remains to attract more and more eyes to them. More often than not, those who get a comment from you will be interested to see what you write. Maybe not at first but in time, they will. Anyway, I'm sure you know that.

I didn't mean to sadden you, I think you know very well what it's like when problems pile up, yours are so real and hopefully, soon passing. Mine are more virtual, due to a little depression, which I think will be passing. Thank you very much!

It is like having a twin brother on the blockchain. 😃
I wish you many more years to celebrate and many more beautiful photos to share.

Twin brother on the blockchain

Sounds interesting and nice. I hadn't thought about this possibility and I liked it a lot. Thanks!

First of all Happy Birthday, to reach 7 years spent here in the Hive community I think it is a joy, the joy of getting to know people first of all and then discovering what these people share with us.

I am also starting to experience these emotions that I have been living here for almost 3 years now.

Greetings from Western Romania.

I missed your birthday!! It has been 7 years? I cannot believe it has been that long! You have surprised even yourself by being here this long. I have to say that although I haven't been on for a bit, it has been a great place to be!!

To seven more, at least~!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is a great joy and a great surprise for me.
Please, just say you're fine...!
We're the same age here, Denise, and I hope these "seven more years" include you. I'm leaving for Balchik tomorrow morning and almost stopped watching the comments and replies. Something made me look again and I was rewarded. I want to believe I had a hunch that I would find your message.

Keep up the good work. 👏🎵

Dear beloved Hive creator,

Coding poet Gudasol here to support you sharing your art + life on Hive.

As a fellow creator, I know how hard it is to get the word out there.

I built cXc.world to help creators like us get more support from the blockchain community + beyond.

Share your music on cXc.world, and copy the Markdown for a easy post includes embedded players for Spotify, Youtube, Soundcloud.

That way, you can earn HIVE + stack streams on centralized platforms, as they do still matter.

Not a music creator? No problem. You can still use cXc.world to find + share music you love.

What's next?

Preview the next evolution of cXc, Tetra.earth.

Expose local music from your area!

We're helping grassroots musicians, and you can too by adding their music (no sign up or WAX account required).

Join our community 🐬

Find fellow music lovers in cXc's Discord

Bad news: Saying see you later to Hive! 👋

We didn't get the needed support to continue cXc.world on Hive, as our DHF proposal lacked votes, but [Good News Everyone] cXc.world will add a Markdown copy button, allowing you to easily share your music + music you find on Hive.

For now, we're on WAX, with tools you can use to mint your own Music/Media NFT collection.
