A picture-perfect day with friends

Our little adventure to Mozambique began with an incredibly early morning and the most stunning sunrise which painted the sky in a breathtaking array of orange, pink, purple and blue.

As we crossed the border from South Africa, excitement filled the car as we eagerly awaited the trip.

With barefoot hanging out of the window of the car, we ventured off to find an ice-cream shop to beat the midday heat, this spot was such a highlight for me, what an incredible little spot!

The name of the shop definitely describes their creamy ice cream to a tea... it was of course n`ice cream!

My flavours of choice were Nutella and coffee! Such a fabulous combination.

Here you can see all of our ice-cream choices as well as the apple pie dessert that we shared. It was all incredible and the perfect start to a fantastic trip! The best way to survive the summer Mozambique heat is an ice cream a day!
