“HOT Times In The City!”🥵
Today found Silvertop and the Mrs heading back to the small Border town of Lynden Washington!😊
“Silvertop the sign says it 81 degrees Fahrenheit! I’m not going to handle the heat this year very well!”🥵
Of course, a stop at Starbucks, and an “Extra” hot latte, was all Silvertop really needed to cool off today Lol!😇
Just a few days ago, Starbucks had the heat on, today you could feel a cool breeze from the A/C coming out of ceiling vents!😊
Ahhh……..life in the Pacific Northwest!🤗
It was to be a shopping day with Liz today…….……
I had so many nice photos of other people besides us, enjoying the Lynden City Park yesterday, I wanted to share them with you today!☺️
Many times during the Winter we hike these Park trails, and never see a single person………..
“Silvertop watch out here comes another Electric bike!”🥰
The sounds of laughter filled the Park!
You can even see a girl “Fly fishing” in one of my photos!
“Liz…… can you really Fly fish in this small creek?”
“Silvertop I think the real question is can you catch anything in this creek, with a Fly fishing pole!”🥰
It certainly has been a strange Spring…..
We jumped quickly from cold weather to HOT, and the once spongy wet ground, had turned to dust!
As we headed back home, I snapped the last photo of “Sisters Mountain”.
Most of the snow has already melted away, and I told Liz to expect open fires to be banned for the balance of the Summer, in just a few weeks!😮
“Silvertop I just signed up to volunteer selling Fireworks at our Church’s Fireworks booth in July!”🥰
“Liz…. do you think Pastor Kyle will let me “Demo” some of the 500 foot aerial bombs for customers in the parking lot?”🤣😇
Guys it’s going to be an interesting Summer!😎
