A great, albeit frosty morning with temperatures around -4 degrees Celsius, but dry and finally clear skies with a visible sunrise, which I thoroughly enjoyed on my morning walk. The little bit of snow from yesterday was long gone, and I walked the Große Schleusenland and Schlosspark circuit for the first time in a while, interspersing it with various stages of interval walking, of course. Breathing exercises and a little meditation with the sun in view, then at the back by the hidden stream in Schleusenland and briefly also at the large, rushing Schleusenwehr. A wonderful morning—it's amazing how completely different it feels when the sky isn't completely overcast and the sun is shining. I captured the moment before sunrise, a few birds, and the sun itself for you.

Ein großartiger, wenn auch frostiger Morgen bei Minusgraden um die -4, aber trocken und endlich mal wieder ein klarer Himmel mit sichtbarem Sonnenaufgang, den ich auf meinem Morningwalk ausgiebig genossen habe. Das bischen Schnee von gestern war längst schon wieder weg und ich bin die nach längerer Zeit mal wieder die Große Schleusenland- und Schlossparkrunde gegangen und habe diese natürlich mit diversen Etappen Intervall-Walking gespickt. Atemübungen und ein wenig Meditation mit der Sonne im Blick dann hinten am versteckten Bach im Schleusenland und kurz auch am großen, rauschenden Schleusenwehr. Herrlicher Morgen, erstaunlich, wie völlig anders sich das gleich anfühlt, wenn der Himmel nicht komplett bedeckt ist und die Sonne einen anstrahlt. Den Moment vor dem Sonnenaufgang, ein paar Vögel und die Sonne selbst habe ich für euch eingefangen.
