Tuesday ☀️ 11042

The morning felt cooler and calmer, the air free of heavy humidity that usually clung to my skin. I strolled through the Tiergarten, my steps steady and slow, until I reached Neuer See. There, I stood still for meditation and breathing exercises while a pair of swans glided gracefully across the glassy water, their quiet routine mirroring my own. Later, through the zoo’s fence, I spotted what looked like an exotic cousin of a turkey, its vivid neck and head caught my eye. I had not planned to see it, yet it felt like a small gift tucked into an ordinary day, and I brought back pictures to prove it.

Der Morgen war kühler und ruhiger, die Luft frei von der schweren Feuchtigkeit, die sich sonst auf meine Haut legte. Ich ging durch den Tiergarten, meine Schritte gleichmäßig und gelassen, bis ich den Neuen See erreichte. Dort stand ich still für Meditation und Atemübungen, während ein Schwanenpaar anmutig über das glatte Wasser glitt und seine stille Routine meine eigene widerspiegelte. Später, durch den Zaun des Zoos, entdeckte ich etwas, das wie ein exotischer Verwandter eines Truthahns aussah, dessen bunter Hals und Kopf meinen Blick einfingen. Ich hatte es nicht geplant, doch es fühlte sich wie ein kleines Geschenk an, und ich brachte Bilder davon mit.
