Monday ☀️ 9758

The air felt crisp, not cold, just sharp enough to shake off sleep. Monday morning carried the quiet fatigue of four long days on the job, the kind that clings to your shoulders like a too-heavy jacket. I walked a short loop through the Schlosspark, around Luiseninsel, stopping to stand by the water. I meditated, breathed deep, listened. It wasn’t a power walk, more a pause, a moment to soften the start of the week. I also visited the swan’s nest in the park, half-expecting just feathers. Instead, to my quiet delight, two cygnets were still alive, not caught by the fox. I watched them wake, stretch their necks, blink into the breeze. I even took a few photos for you. Afterward, I picked up some groceries, made breakfast, and let the day stay slow.

Die Luft war frisch, nicht kalt, gerade scharf genug, um den Schlaf abzuschütteln. Der Montagmorgen trug die stille Müdigkeit von vier anstrengenden Tagen bis zum vergangenen Samstag, als hätte sich die Arbeit in meine Schultern gesetzt. Ich ging eine kleine Runde durch den Schlosspark, im die Luiseninsel, setzte mich ans Wasser. Ich meditierte, atmete tief, hörte zu. Es war kein flotter Morningwalk, eher eine Pause, ein Moment, um den Wochenanfang sanfter zu machen. Ich besuchte auch das Schwanennest im Park, rechnete fast damit nur Federn zu finden. Stattdessen, zu meiner stillen Freude, lebten noch zwei Küken. Nicht vom Fuchs geholt. Ich sah ihnen beim Aufwachen zu, wie sie den Hals streckten, in den Wind blinzelten. Ich habe euch davon ein paar Fotos mitgebracht. Danach kaufte ich ein paar Lebensmittel, frühstückte und ließ den Tag ruhig bleiben.
