My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2023 || Stressful But Rewarding
Great hivers and alivers! Greatest actifitters!! Good day to you all and hope you have a great day today.
It such a wonderful feeling each time I hang out with you guys, giving you the report of my days actifit activities.
My activities today was a mixture of energy sapping one because right from the early morning I left home, commencing my walk, it took me to the hall where we had a maintenance and repair work done in and outside the meeting hall. The grass outside was weed, the water tank washed, the floor was washed, windows frame oiled and a whole lots of maintenance activities carried out, leaving the hall neat and tidy.
At a point I had to leave to supervise the block molding that is still going on. Getting there, I learnt the molding machine had a technical issue which affected the block output. We had to brainstorm and fashion out a solution.
Thankfully we remedied the situation and the blocks now looks good.
When the cement was exhausted, I had to arrange for a van to bring in some quantities to facilitate the work.
After the close of production, I had to return, and on my way, I stop over at a printing press to design a business banner for a customer who called me to make a request.
Once I was done with a sample, I head back home.
Crossing the ever busy I. K. road.
To say that I am tired out is an understatement, I am stressed to the limit but I thank God that he gave me the strength to undertake all those task while keeping fit.

Though tired from the days work, especially cleaning the hall but you are satisfied you are part of the cleaning, that also keeps you actifit.
