Busy Saturday | Alive and Thriving on Jan 13, 2024 | Actifit Report number 1064
Hello, again. Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1064. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Saturday.
On Saturday, I skipped the morning walk. However, after 9 pm, we went for a short night walk. And, walking in the clinic, in between the clinic and the mosque helped me get 10k plus steps on Saturday.
I took the following house photographs during the walk. Here are those. All were taken in night mode

In the clinic, on Saturday I consulted 34 patients. Of them, one elderly lady came with a low oxygen saturation. After initial management, I referred him to the higher centre.
Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
