My Friday on August 11 | Alive and Thriving | 987th actifit report
Hello, again. Assalamu Alaikum. How are you? I hope that you are doing well. Welcome to my post. It is my Actifit report number 987. It is also the Alive and Thriving report on Friday.
How was the Friday?
This Friday, I didn't have any theory classes (neither online nor offline). But, I had the practical class in the afternoon session. As the centre is far away, I left home earlier. My target was to attend the Jummah prayer at a mosque close to the Ultrasound centre. In that process, I spent a pretty much long time in the mosque which is good from the perspective of religion. But, unfortunately, we don't do it often. Alhamdulillah, today I was able to attend the prayer in a good way!
After prayer, I went to the Ultrasound centre. The class started after 3 pm.

I left the centre after 5:40 pm. I reach home after 7 pm. Today the traffic jam was less, Alhamdulillah.
I walked a lot today also. Hence, I was able to cross the 10k steps mark, Alhamdulillah.
Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
