Recovery Day 29 - Lazy Sunday... my training diary entry from July 5 2026

(I took this photo almost exactly a year ago. I was at the lake with my wife that day. It was a beautiful day. I love scrolling through my photos every now and then and bringing back memories.)
Hi Actifitters,
after deciding not to work out yesterday due to my BBQ binge the day before, there isn't much to report on the sports front. I simply got in my required steps. Actifit failed to record about 4,000 steps.
Mission 80 (Day 7 = 89.9 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0)
There isn't much to report here, either. After my weight had been steadily creeping up over the last few days, today I have to record another steback. Plus, today marks the final day of the first week of my mission. I will definitely be disciplined today.Let's see what the scale says tomorrow.
After skipping my upper-body workout yesterday, I’m definitely getting back to it today. I’m hopeful that I’ll manage at least one more push-up than I did during my last two attempts.
